But it's unfortunate. If you did get someone to unlock it, do they then stand around and wait until you've had your look? Not sure I'd like that.

Thanks for the link to the Amsterdam photos. It's funny to see people skating next to boats.

And thanks for your Valentine's Day story, too! I love to hear how people have met.

By the way, I recently read that incidents of bicyle riding deaths in the Netherlands is a tiny fraction compared to the U.S. It's much safer there than here. Bicyclists seem to be invisibe to U.S. drivers, unfortunately.Kayhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02971991029290518107noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7071605392067240587.post-59269917918593791722012-02-15T13:33:02.980-05:002012-02-15T13:33:02.980-05:00We have a few around here that are inaccessible, t...We have a few around here that are inaccessible, too. Mostly they are very small and have become surrounded by developments - or in the case of one in particular that has intrigued me, but is almost invisible behind a brick wall, a shopping mall. It was unlocked for Doors Open last year and I hope it is again this year as I didn't get there in time to wander through it.VioletSkyhttp://violetsky-wwwblogger.blogspot.com/2012/02/grave-post-7.htmlnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7071605392067240587.post-67226265312474393762012-02-15T09:44:26.694-05:002012-02-15T09:44:26.694-05:00i didnt know harvard was there!! i would have clim...i didnt know harvard was there!! i would have climbed the fence! hahaTimhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11421551645441377580noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7071605392067240587.post-70854232067862554582012-02-15T05:23:09.374-05:002012-02-15T05:23:09.374-05:00The 'owning class of settler'!!!
