the pool at our apartment complex is closed since a while.... buuuhhhhhh :( its unheated and even in the middle of summer not many people were really using it. but i did! quite a lot..! now its defenitely colder, but i think it would still be pleasant for a swim (today it was 18 degrees for example).....
but its very pretty with all those leafs in it. in reality it was much prettier, but you will have to do it with this. soon they will cover it entirely, and at some point you will not even know there is a pool as snow will cover the cover... :)

That is pretty to have a private pool, looks great.That is something we don't see much here, only at villa's with their own (big) garden.

yes.... i think those apartment complexes with pool and gym are very american. at first i did not want to live here at all! but... the pool made us decide to do it. and its really great! during weekends we would just wake up, go down, swim a bit, and then the day could start... hmmm.
and yes, in a way it was our private pool :), as most other residents only are sunbathing, as the pool was too cold for them..
i love having a pool in the summer.. in the winter is should be open for iceskating!
