with much of the country below sea level, we have many dikes to protect the land from the water... like the one above! we drove there yesterday. dont know whether the person walking on the dike was aware that i specifically wanted to include her in the picture (while sitting in the car, haha)

The Netherlands is masterful at managing water. This has been fascinating to learn about when I have been there.
I like the lines and flow of this shot. And the walker is a perfect little spot of color.
