Real Texan

 
this man was one of the few walking beings we saw in downtown dallas, when we were in texas. it didnt happen to us, but i heard from several people that walking in dallas is an anomaly. if you do so, it can very well happen that a cop comes up to you to ask whether everything is OK, whether your car is broke down or whether you lost your way... :)

Yes that is weird, often there are no walking paths either and the people keep growing in the wrong way. Nice shirt he is wearing, we call it the 55 plus shirt here. Every eldery man in the Netherlands wears such stripes. (except mine)

I had just commented on the Austin blog that it would be fun to observe a 4th in Texas. I imagine they really get into the celebrations.

shannon! hihihihi. waldo... :DDD to me he looks a little like a crab. somehow its cute... :) (there is a popular restaurant here in boston; the barking crab. when i saw this man, i thought "barking crab!")
