just a quick post. we were so busy cooking/baking various homemade things (bread, dutch apple pie..) this evening, that we didnt have time to eat... or almost. it was almost tempting to go to the mc donalds to have something quick, which we both found very funny. then we did make some dinner...
above stone i found at the local cemetery. i expected somehow that it belonged to a young(er) person, but he was quite old. i only took pics of this side of the stone, and dont remember the name anymore. there was no reference as to why this was on the back. i found it a little odd!
for other taphophiles, that probably did a lot more effort for their posts, go here... :)

I automatically thought it was for a child. Wonder if he loved dancing.
Wasn't that an animated film about dancing penguins? This sorta looks like a penguin. Well a penguin who needs to do a lot more dancing!!
Love to know more about this older fellow ...
You can think a lot at this stone, he loved the movie, pinguins, dancing. A little odd indeed.
Julie is right. It is a movie about a dancing penguins. Now you have to return and get the name on the other side of the stone. It might solve the mystery.
:) the name was P. Enguin.
*grin*
Today is ethical weather, isn't it?
crazy tim! i think i would have remembered that..... hahahahaha...
now i do have to get back to the cemetery and get a name! when i took the pic i somehow deliberately did not take a pic of the name, thinking i probably wouldnt find anything anyways. hmm... but i will at least try, haha.
eehmm. what is ethical weather?
Well, at least the person had a sense of humour. Either that or some cruel relatives... ;-)
Love the penguin animation of Happy Feet! A bit sugary but a feel good experience! Great rhythms! But on the back of a headstone? Perhaps it signifies this person keeps on dancing? Interesting find!
